Great Staff !! They are always smiling, and very helpful, from reception through breakfast to cleaning ladies !! For example I have given them my passport and they took it for me to the vietnamese embassy in order to make my visa. The welcome by was really perfect ! The location is also nice. The room, for this price, is amazing !

Place was very convenient to places of interests. Hotel staff was generous to upgrade us to junior suite.

Only the shower was not working, st times giving too hot or cold waters but otherwise no big deal. Was happy overall with our stay there.

The location here is unbeatable and not very far from Wat Botomvatey Playground, the units are well-appointed with a bathroom, a balcony, and a very comfortable bed, and the staff are superfriendly!

when we checked out we wanna go to the bus station to sihanok ville, the staff told us we cannot go to the riverside station since the bus didn't stop there, and called a tuktuk and take us to a far away station and charge us 2$, after we arrived we know the bus stops at the riverside station, and it only need 0.5$ go there by tuktuk!
